Attack in Piatykhatky

About Hilal Isaiev
Hilal Isaiev, the mayor of Piatykhatky, was born in 1965 in Azerbaijan. He earned a higher education degree in agronomy from the Dnipropetrovsk State Agrarian University in 2012. Previously, he held leadership roles at the enterprises 'Kaspiy' and 'Solling Plus.' Isaiev was elected to the regional council in 2015 as a member of the All-Ukrainian Union 'Batkivshchyna' and became mayor of Piatykhatky in 2020. In 2019, he ran for a seat in the Verkhovna Rada but was not elected.
