Fundraising Campaign for a Pickup Truck for the National Guard of Ukraine's Rubizh Brigade
On July 19, 2023, at 10:16 PM, the Ukrainian news outlet NV announced a campaign to raise 200,000 Ukrainian hryvnias (approximately $5,500) for the purchase of a four-wheel-drive pickup truck. This vehicle is intended for the artillery unit of the Rubizh Brigade, which is currently operating on the Pokrovsk sector of the front line. The initiative aims to provide the brigade with essential transport to carry out combat missions effectively.
As part of the campaign, donors who contribute the largest amounts will be entered into a raffle for a commemorative 20-hryvnia banknote signed by Andriy Pyshnyi, the head of the National Bank of Ukraine. Additionally, every donor will have a chance to win a spent artillery shell casing engraved with their name, courtesy of the Rubizh Brigade’s artillery soldiers.
