Traffic Restrictions in Kyiv
Due to repair work by the municipal company Kyivavtoshliakhmist, traffic will be restricted on several bridges and overpasses in Kyiv from March 23 to March 25. These dates are subject to change should weather conditions deteriorate.

On March 24, restrictions will continue on:

- The Povitroflotskyi overpass across the railway tracks on Povitrianykh Syl Avenue
- The bridge over the Lybid River on Povitrianykh Syl Avenue
- The overpass across Beresteiskyi Avenue on Povitrianykh Syl Avenue
On March 25, traffic will be limited on:
- The Yevhen O. Paton Bridge
- The overpass on Kyoto Street
- The Northern Bridge
It is important to note that the Paton Bridge is a local architectural landmark. Following a technical review in early March 2026, it was confirmed that the bridge can remain in operation provided certain restrictions are observed.
Funding for Repair Work
Up to 50 billion hryvnias are required to repair Ukrainian roads after winter. Major work on international routes is planned for completion by June, with 95-98% of the current work involving pothole repairs. The average cost for repairing one square meter is 1.2 thousand hryvnias.
