Stalemate in POW Swap Between Ukraine and Russia
A large-scale prisoner exchange between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, envisioned as a "1,000-for-1,000" swap, is currently stalled. Ukraine’s parliamentary ombudsman, Dmytro Lubinets, stated that the delay stems from Moscow’s position.
