Russia attacked Chernihiv region with drones: residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged

On December 6, Chernihiv region became a battlefield for attacks by Russian drones. According to the State Emergency Service, there were hits on residential buildings and civilian objects in the Koryukivka district, and critical infrastructure was shelled in Chernihiv and the surrounding area.



Immediately after the attacks, emergency services managed to save the situation by extinguishing risky fires. Fortunately, no information about casualties has emerged.



Earlier that same day, explosions also occurred in the Fastiv area (Kyiv region). Local residents reported five sequential explosions. There were also reports of damage to railway facilities. This triggered a series of alarming signals that lasted for more than eight hours.
