Today, September 26, residents of Chernihiv were left without water due to an attack on energy facilities. This information was reported by 'Glavkom', citing a message from 'Chernihivvodokanal'.

«Today at 13:40 all facilities of the municipal enterprise 'Chernihivvodokanal' were de-energized. Currently, our employees are working on restoring the operation of the sewage pump stations. This is a top priority task, as reliable wastewater disposal must be ensured before restoring water supply. We ask the city residents to urgently stock up on drinking water!»

According to the head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, the enemies attacked energy facilities in Chernihiv region, hitting several places. This led to power supply disruptions in the city and area.

Let us remind you that on September 25, the Russian terrorist army attacked Chernihiv's critical infrastructure. And just the night before, on September 23, the occupiers struck the city with drones, registering explosions and an attack on one of the infrastructure facilities.

As a result of the attack on energy facilities, Chernihiv lost its water supply. Currently, workers are working on restoring operations, but residents of the city are advised to urgently stock up on drinking water.
