Vladimir Putin celebrated Christmas with Russian soldiers near Moscow. In his speech, the President of Russia emphasized that
“the participation of Russian soldiers in the war is a sacred duty”and noted that “you have the right to be proud of your parents,” addressing the servicemen. These words became a symbol of support for military actions from the Kremlin.
As part of diplomatic efforts, Volodymyr Zelensky met with representatives of the US President's team in Paris. These negotiations took place against the backdrop of growing tensions in the region and the relevance of the Ukrainian issue on the international stage.
Special attention deserves Venezuela's declared seven-day mourning for servicemen who died during the US operation, during which about twenty Venezuelan officers were killed. This tragedy sparked widespread resonance both within the country and beyond its borders.
