Searches Conducted at Ukraine's Ministry of Infrastructure
This morning, authorities carried out investigative measures at the offices of Ukraine's Ministry of Infrastructure connected to Viktor Steblynenko, appointed in April 2024 as Director of the Department for Recovery Policy. The manipulation and enforcement of sanctions against Ukrainian citizens represent not only criminal acts but also violations of the European Convention on Human Rights.”
