On December 18, 2025, the Appellate Chamber of VAKS decided to change the preventive measure for the judge from Transcarpathia, who is suspected of receiving bribes.
The court partially satisfied the prosecutor's complaint and increased the bail amount from 1 to 4 million hryvnias, leaving other aspects of the ruling unchanged.
