The Odesa region continues to recover after a large-scale shelling when enemy forces attacked the area, launching over 130 drones and striking the infrastructure.
Currently, services are working at maximum capacity to restore electricity, heating, and water. Resilience centers are assisting more than 19,000 residents with necessary supplies.
The operation of electric transport in Odesa has been temporarily suspended, but medical assistance and sanitary-epidemiological control are fully provided. The regional authorities note that the sanitation situation is stable.
Overall, the work of services continues around the clock to restore the population's livelihoods. 'It is always darkest before dawn. We will definitely stand firm,' concluded the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper.
By the way, hundreds of thousands of families remain without electricity in Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kherson, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Sumy, and Dniprovshchyna. There were again strikes on Ukrainian communities at night, and there are casualties.
Recall that as a result of the Russian shelling of energy infrastructure in Odesa, the city of Artzi has been left completely without electricity. Restoration of electricity supply is expected no earlier than in a week.
