Last night, Odesa and the region experienced a large-scale air attack. Enemy forces targeted key facilities of the energy system, leading to a power outage in most parts of the city. Some facilities were damaged, and fires broke out in certain areas. Currently, two injured individuals have been reported, but information is constantly being updated.
In response to the attack, local hospitals switched to autonomous power supply, and strategic reserves of water and fuel were secured. Emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences, while law enforcement agencies are documenting crimes against the civilian population.
Disruptions in electricity supply have also been reported in the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions due to the attacks, indicating a worsening situation in southern regions of Ukraine.
