Ukraine has its problems with mobilization. The head of the civil-military cooperation department of the Zhytomyr district TCK and SP, junior lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleg Zontov, noted that alongside organizational issues, there are problems with the systematic information campaign aimed at discrediting the TCK and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Zontov believes that mobilization is proceeding according to the law, but it encounters complications due to informational attacks and changes in public sentiment. Speculation in the media and social networks exacerbates the narrative about 'unfair and total mobilization,' although the procedure for obtaining deferrals has been simplified.

“Mobilization is ongoing. But it would be going better if the enemy were not trying to disrupt it through the information space,” Zontov stressed.

The officer also emphasized that there are campaigns to discredit the TCK, where any negative fact is scaled up as 'bucification,' even if it has nothing to do with military abuses.

“Any fact is deliberately inflated. 'Fake' websites appear, anonymous resources - and this is immediately presented as actions of the TCK. Then it turns out that this is about criminal disputes or a completely different story,” Zontov noted.

Zontov called on citizens to stop tolerating 'draft dodgers,' as refusal to mobilize may indicate support for the enemy's army. It is necessary to be cautious and not allow manipulation of information in society.
