The OKKO gas station network has refuted reports about limits on the sale of diesel fuel to drivers, stating that the 100-liter restriction applies only to canisters. According to the company's information, drivers can fill their tanks without restrictions. This clarification was made in response to publications from Delo.ua, which reported the introduction of limits at gas stations citing its own sources. As noted by OKKO, the information regarding restrictions on fuel sales for vehicles is not true.
Safety in frontline zones
At the same time, according to media reports, Russian troops have destroyed more than 200 gas stations in frontline regions of Ukraine. Attacks on gas stations have been documented in the following areas:
- Kharkiv
- Sumy
- Poltava
- Zaporizhia
- Donetsk
- Dnipropetrovsk
Strikes that complicate logistics for both civilians and military, particularly on the Kyiv - Kharkiv route, are carried out using FPV drones, Shaheds, and guided aerial bombs.
It should be noted that most gas stations in frontline areas suspend work during air alerts and completely close at night. Drivers are urged to plan their refueling in advance. Ukraine is also deploying hundreds of kilometers of anti-drone nets over roads to ensure safety.
Thus, despite rumors regarding limits on diesel fuel, the situation with fuel supply remains stable, and security measures continue to be strengthened in response to threats from Russian troops.
