The Gauleiter of the occupied part of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, is ready to hand over part of the coastline of the Azov and Black Seas to Belarus for the construction of recreation centers and sanatoriums. Negotiations have been held with Belarusian structures, where the transfer of land for long-term use was discussed. In the opinion of analysts from the Center for National Resistance, this step may serve as a cover for the deployment of Russian and Belarusian security forces.
In addition, repressions and mobilization of the population have begun in the occupied territories of Ukraine. Russian occupation administrations are using social services to limit the rights of children and recruit local residents into military service. The Center for National Resistance reports changes in the organization of medical services and recruitment into the army in the occupied areas of Ukraine.
