Occupants Collect Data on Ukrainians Through Medical Policies: What is Happening

Окупантам важна інформація про українців: медичні програми в центрі уваги.

In the Kherson region, the occupying administration has launched a campaign to 'attach' local residents to clinics under Russian compulsory health insurance policies. According to the Center for National Resistance, this is done to document addresses, control movements, and account for the population.

Occupants use the procedure of 'reissuing policies' as a means of control and preparation for mobilization. People who leave are excluded from the registry, while those who remain are subjected to checks and mobilization measures. Women and children are kept under control, while men are prepared for military registration.

In Melitopol, the Russian administration is attempting to legalize the forced mobilization of local residents. In addition, Russian intelligence services provoke incidents in the occupied territories to create the illusion of 'Ukrainian terrorist attacks.'
