Massive strike in the south of Odesa region
At night, the enemy carried out a massive strike with attack drones on the south of Odesa region. The targets of the attack were civil and energy infrastructure. This was reported by the head of Odesa Regional State Administration Oleg Kiper.
According to him, as a result of the attack, an energy facility, an administrative building, and some households in the private sector were damaged. The fire was quickly extinguished, but this caused interruptions in electricity supply. There is no information about casualties or injuries.
Enhanced measures at the scene
The Odesa city headquarters is working at the scene to eliminate the consequences. Critical infrastructure is operating on generators, and 11 resilience points have been deployed to assist the population.
According to DTEK's press service, due to the attack, about 36.3 thousand families were left without electricity supply; however, 8 thousand families were able to be connected using backup schemes. Energy workers are operating in an intensified mode to quickly restore electricity supply.
