The Ukrainian troops continue to maintain control over the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration, preventing Russian forces from capturing this strategic territory. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, enemy troops attempted to use the fog to advance into the city center, but suffered another defeat at the hands of Ukrainian defense forces. Our troops successfully repelled the attack and inflicted significant losses on the enemy, destroying their military equipment in urban areas. Ukrainian defenders are rapidly holding the line in the north of Pokrovsk and along the railway segment to the south, thwarting any enemy attempts to bypass the city.
Significant attention is also being paid to eliminating small enemy assault groups trying to infiltrate Myrnohrad. In particular, Ukrainian forces are cutting off the enemy's logistical routes approaching Pokrovsk and reinforcing engineering fortifications. Additionally, to ensure a constant supply of ammunition and equipment, additional routes have been established for the Defense Forces units.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to successfully defend control over important territories, thanks to clear planning, high combat proficiency, and coordination of actions.
