Russian Occupiers Use 'Waiting Drones' in the Kupiansk Direction

Recently, Russian invaders have decided to change tactics in the Kupiansk direction and have started to actively use 'waiting drones' to create problems for Ukrainian forces. This was reported by Nadiya Zamryha, head of the communications department of the 14th separate mechanized brigade named after Prince Roman the Great on the 'Army' channel.

According to the brigade representative, the number of daily assaults has remained unchanged - from 2 to 10 a day, but the approach to conducting attacks has changed. Now there is only one or two attackers who dare to launch an assault.

Currently, the assault troops operate both day and night, choosing positions of the 14th brigade and using anti-thermal cloaks, Zamryha reported. The main element of the new enemy tactic has become the mass use of waiting drones, which threaten the logistical routes of Ukrainian defenders.

Zamryha warned about the danger these waiting drones pose to both military personnel and the civilian population on the front line.

Ukrainian Defenders Counter the New Threat

Ukrainian defenders are already countering the new enemy tactics and destroying dangerous drones, but they urge everyone to exercise heightened caution, both military and civilians in the combat zone.

The new tactics of the Russian occupiers create additional challenges for Ukrainian forces who have moved to the front line in the Kupiansk direction. The use of 'waiting drones' is another symptom of the enemy's aggressive behavior that one should always be prepared to respond to.
