Today in the Sumy region, rescuers found themselves in a dangerous situation due to shelling by Russian troops. The shelling was aimed at the places where the State Emergency Service employees were working to eliminate the consequences of previous explosions.
Such conditions create a serious threat to the life and health of rescuers who are helping to restore damaged infrastructure and provide assistance to the population in the conflict zone.
The complicated situation with shelling exacerbates the already difficult situation in Eastern Ukraine, where a military conflict is ongoing.
