Changes in service for pensioners at Oschadbank
Oschadbank, one of the key financial institutions in Ukraine, has announced changes in the rules for servicing pensioners, aimed at simplifying the process of receiving pensions and social assistance. Starting from 2026, cash withdrawals at Oschadbank ATMs will be free, which will be a significant advantage for pensioners. Additionally, the bank offers a special 'Payment Card' which does not have a service fee.
Withdrawal fees
In Ukraine, pensioners can withdraw cash from other banks without a fee up to 10,000 hryvnias per month. If this amount is exceeded, a commission fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount is charged, as well as an additional 5 hryvnias. Meanwhile, the commission for cash withdrawals abroad is 1.5% of the amount plus 35 hryvnias.
Such changes at Oschadbank create more favorable conditions for receiving pension payments, which is an important step in supporting socially vulnerable groups of the population. Pensioners who use Oschadbank's services will be able to save significantly on fees and gain easy access to their funds.
These innovations may positively impact the financial stability of pensioners, as they will reduce the costs of account servicing and cash withdrawals.
