Schoolchild Package: what to do if assistance does not appear in Diia

The Ukrainian Ministry of Education provides explanations on receiving assistance under the 'Schoolchild Package' program and on checking information. This program is specifically designed to support families with first graders. Each such family can receive 5 thousand hryvnias for the child starting first grade.

Currently, nearly 98 thousand Ukrainian families have applied for this assistance, most of them using the 'Diia' mobile application to submit documents. Applications have been processed for over 92 thousand families, but about 1.7 thousand of them were rejected for various reasons, such as being abroad, issues with documents, or transferring the child to another school.

For successful receipt of assistance, it is important that the child's data is correctly entered into the AICOM system at school. You can also track the status of the application in the 'Diia' mobile application and contact the service center of the Fund directly. The application submission period continues until November 15, 2025, and funds are credited to the 'Diia' card within two weeks after submitting the application.
