MP Kostenko to Zelensky: Either we mobilize or we lose the war

People's Deputy and Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security Roman Kostenko urged the President of Ukraine to set aside political ambitions and communicate properly with society to ensure victory in the war. He emphasized the need to make unpopular decisions to achieve this goal, believing that victory will be the main task for the country. The issue of draft evasion in Ukraine was also highlighted, with over 20,000 individuals leaving their units just during September 2025, and there are serious grievances among the military on this matter.
