Eleonora Garashchenko Receives Her ID Card
Nineteen-year-old para-athlete Eleonora Garashchenko has been issued a national ID card in Uzhhorod. The document was processed at the Migration Service office of the Zakarpattia region, located at 20 Pravoslavna Naberezhna Street. Garashchenko is a champion and medalist in Ukrainian Paralympic athletics championships.
Garashchenko, who has impairments affecting her speech, hearing, and musculoskeletal system, is an active sportswoman. In 2025, she won first place at the Ukrainian Championship for Paralympic throwing events, including club throw and shot put, held in Cherkasy. She also earned podium finishes at the 2024 Ukrainian Championship in Lutsk.
