Kyiv Patrol Police Provide Critical Aid
Kyiv's patrol police came to the rescue of a 70-year-old man whose aging VAZ vehicle broke down on the road. The driver, who had lost his home in the Donetsk region due to Russian aggression, had also endured the tragedy of his wife being killed by shelling after they relocated to the Chernihiv region. At the time of the incident, the man's car contained 18 chickens in cages stored in the trunk, along with his dog inside the cabin. This event highlights the immense personal losses and ongoing displacement faced by many Ukrainians since the full-scale invasion began.
The responding officers assisted the driver by having his vehicle towed to a repair shop. This case demonstrates the importance of mutual support during difficult times. As the Patrol Police noted:
“It is from such actions that genuine care for one another begins.”
