Guide to Checking Your Work Record Digitalization Status
The Pension Fund of Ukraine has released a guide explaining how to check the status of your paper work record's conversion to digital format via the online portal. This service is available to both individual citizens and their employers. Within the portal, users can access sections to review their employment history, digitized data, and scanned copies of documents. This digital transition is part of a broader effort to modernize public services and make personal records more secure and accessible.
Verification Process and Submitting Scanned Copies
You can check the digitalization status by logging into the online portal using an electronic signature, BankID, or the Diia.Pidpys system. A scanned copy of the work record for digitalization can be submitted through the Pension Fund's web portal for electronic services. As the PFU press service notes,
"Either the employee themselves or their employer can submit a scanned copy of the work record for digitalization to the Pension Fund of Ukraine via the Fund's web portal for electronic services."
The employment history is automatically generated based on employer reports, starting from January 1, 1998. The main page of the online portal displays the citizen's total insurance period. Users can locate various sections, such as:
- Electronic Work Record
- ETK Data
- Work Record Entries
- Digitized ETK
- Scanned Copies of Work Record
- My Applications
- Notifications
This information is valuable for anyone seeking to access their employment data in an electronic format.
The digitization of work records is a key component of modernizing Ukraine's social security system. It simplifies citizens' access to their employment data and increases the transparency of labor relations. The implementation of electronic services also reduces the administrative burden on state institutions, which can positively impact request processing times and enhance the efficiency of the Pension Fund of Ukraine's operations.
