What data is contained in certificates OK-5 and OK-7
For those preparing to retire or applying for social payments, it is useful to clarify in advance which certificate is required. Both are formed based on information entered into the register of insured persons of the compulsory state social insurance system and relate to personal data about work experience, salary, and paid contributions. The difference between them lies in the periods and purpose. The OK-5 certificate covers employment activity starting from 2000, and in some cases from 1998, and is used when assigning a pension.
