Payment Accrual Updates
Ukraine’s Pension Fund continues to expand its online services. The fund has started displaying August accrual details in users’ personal dashboards on its e-services portal. The breakdown separates the service fee paid to adults from the state social allowance for children, even though both amounts are deposited into the same bank account provided by the recipient. According to the fund, these records will be refreshed on a regular basis.
Who Qualifies for These Payments
The types of recipients include:
- parents-educators running family-type children’s homes;
- foster parents;
- patronage caregivers.
Parents-educators and foster parents receive money for raising orphans or children without parental care. Patronage caregivers, in contrast, are paid for hosting a child temporarily in their own home.
Each accrual consists of the remuneration for the parent, patronage caregiver, or their assistant, plus the state social aid intended for the child. The Pension Fund of Ukraine says the portal data will be updated regularly, which should make the process more transparent and convenient for beneficiaries.
This move by the Pension Fund underlines its commitment to openness in social welfare payments, potentially boosting public trust in government structures.
