Funding for Pensions and Social Benefits
By August 10, the Pension Fund of Ukraine had channeled funds toward pensions, housing subsidies, privileges, insurance payouts, social assistance, and other obligations. Pension financing alone reached UAH 30.8 billion, with UAH 4.8 billion disbursed through Ukrposhta JSC and UAH 26.0 billion through authorized banks. This disbursement cycle reflects the regular monthly transfer of social funds, a key element of Ukraine's social safety net.
For August, another UAH 1.5 billion went to housing subsidies and benefits, UAH 1.8 billion to insurance payouts, UAH 0.5 billion to sick-leave compensation, and UAH 6.8 billion to social assistance and other payments. In addition, the Pension Fund delivered 353,800 services to people who came to its offices.
