Pension Fund of Ukraine: Financing Update as of April 29
By April 29, the Pension Fund of Ukraine had allocated a total of 111.2 billion UAH for payments, covering 1,507.7 thousand services provided. Out of this amount, 75.0 billion UAH was directed toward pension payments, with 9.4 billion UAH transferred through Ukrposhta JSC and 65.6 billion UAH via authorized banks.
Other Areas of Funding
Additionally, 4.8 billion UAH was set aside for housing subsidies and benefits, while 3.7 billion UAH went to insurance payments—of which 2.4 billion UAH covered sick leave. Social assistance and other payments accounted for 27.7 billion UAH.
These figures highlight the ongoing disbursement of social programs in Ukraine, a critical effort to support the population amid economic challenges. The Pension Fund continues to fulfill its role in ensuring social payments, helping to maintain citizens' living standards and the stability of the country's social system.
