Ukraine's Pension Fund has released its latest data on social benefit funding and services provided as of February 6th. The report indicates that in February, the Fund's offices handled over 361,800 service requests from citizens.

Funding Volumes

As of February 6th, a total of 25 billion hryvnias had been allocated for various social payments. The breakdown is as follows:

  • Pension payments received 21.3 billion hryvnias, distributed via:
    • 3.2 billion hryvnias through JSC 'Ukrposhta';
    • 18.1 billion hryvnias through authorized banks.
  • Housing subsidies and benefits accounted for 2.5 billion hryvnias;
  • Insurance payments totaled 1.6 billion hryvnias, of which 0.5 billion was for sick leave compensation;
  • State aid and other payments amounted to 4.8 million hryvnias.

This substantial expenditure underscores the critical role of social support for Ukraine's population, particularly amid ongoing economic pressures. The allocation demonstrates the state's commitment to assisting citizens in need of financial aid.
