"every managerial decision is aimed at delivering tangible outcomes, primarily by enhancing the quality of citizen services, improving accessibility, and boosting the operational efficiency of the Pension Fund system".

Strategic Priorities for the Pension Fund’s Growth
This board meeting marked a significant step in shaping the Pension Fund’s development plan for the upcoming year. Identifying priority areas is essential to improve service delivery to the public and streamline pension system processes. The proactive approach of the Fund’s leadership highlights their commitment to addressing the ongoing challenges faced by Ukraine’s pension system.
In addition to the strategic priorities outlined by the Pension Fund, it's crucial to acknowledge the financial landscape that supports these initiatives. Recently, 34 billion hryvnias have been allocated for pensions and social benefits, which underscores the government's commitment to enhancing the welfare of citizens. This funding plays a vital role in enabling the Pension Fund to implement its goals for 2027 effectively and ensure a sustainable pension system for the future.
