The Press Service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine reported on the financing of social payments in August. Among the recipients of aid are pensioners, subsidy recipients, and other support.
A total of 17.4 billion UAH in pensions has been paid so far. Of this, 2.8 billion UAH were paid through 'Ukrposhta', and 14.6 billion UAH through banks. An additional 1,186.4 million UAH has been allocated for subsidies and housing benefits.
As of August 6, 2024, the total amount of financing for pension payments reached 17.4 billion UAH.
- The amount of insurance payments was 1,499.9 million UAH, of which 276.0 million UAH were for sick leave.
In addition, during August, the Pension Fund supported 204.9 thousand people who applied for social assistance.
Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian pensioners living abroad could receive payments.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine continues to actively pay pensions and provide other social benefits in August. A significant number of Ukrainians receive state assistance, which helps improve their financial situation and quality of life.
