Social Payment Funding as of April 8
As of April 8, Ukraine's Pension Fund has financed social payments totalling 24.4 billion hryvnias and provided services to citizens. Of this amount, 3.7 billion hryvnias were allocated for pension payments delivered via 'Ukrposhta' JSC, while 20.7 billion hryvnias were distributed through authorized banks. This distribution highlights the Fund's critical role in maintaining social stability during a period of significant economic pressure.
Additionally, the Pension Fund financed housing subsidies and benefits amounting to 4.9 billion hryvnias, as well as insurance payments totalling 2.0 billion hryvnias, of which 0.6 billion hryvnias were designated for sick leave compensation. The sum allocated for social assistance and other payments reached 15.0 billion hryvnias. In April, the Fund's offices provided 439.5 thousand services to individuals who applied for assistance.
