Funding for Social Payments by Ukraine's Pension Fund
As of March 11, Ukraine's Pension Fund has provided 676.8 thousand services to individuals who applied to its offices. The Fund has released details on the financing of social payments for this period.
By March 11, the following amounts were financed:
- For pension payments – 32.5 billion UAH, including 5.5 billion UAH via JSC Ukrposhta and 27.0 billion UAH through authorized banks;
- For housing subsidies and benefits – 4.6 billion UAH;
- For insurance payments – 2.2 billion UAH, of which 1.0 billion UAH was for sick leave payments;
- For state aid and other payments – 5.6 billion UAH.
The data provided by the Pension Fund of Ukraine demonstrates stability in funding social payments, a crucial factor for supporting the population during a period of economic uncertainty.
