Social Payment Funding as of March 10
By March 10, the Ukrainian Pension Fund had allocated UAH 38.8 billion for social payments and provided 588.4 thousand services for the month. These disbursements are a critical component of the nation's social safety net, especially during a period of significant economic strain.
The funded payments break down as follows:
- Pension payments accounted for UAH 30.0 billion, with UAH 5.0 billion distributed via Ukrposhta and UAH 25.0 billion through authorized banks;
- Housing subsidies and benefits totaled UAH 4.6 billion;
- Insurance payments amounted to UAH 2.0 billion;
- Sick leave payments reached UAH 0.8 billion;
- State aid and other payments came to UAH 2.2 billion.
