Ukraine's Pension Fund Announces New Air Raid Protocols for Service Centers

Пенсійний фонд України впроваджує нові правила безпеки для відвідувачів сервісних центрів під час повітряних тривог.

New Procedures at Ukraine's Pension Fund Service Centers

Ukraine's Pension Fund has implemented new safety protocols for its service centers during air raid alerts. Effective immediately, when an alarm sounds, all in-person services within the centers are temporarily suspended. Staff will inform visitors of the situation and direct them to proceed to the nearest designated shelter.

If a particular service office does not have a shelter on-site, citizens are required to evacuate the building. Center employees are prepared to assist visitors with limited mobility to ensure they can exit the premises safely. The address of the closest shelter is posted at the entrance to every Pension Fund service center. This information is also available online via interactive maps provided by local territorial communities.

Prioritizing Visitor Safety

These new measures are a critical safety enhancement, designed to protect citizens during potential threats. The introduction of clear instructions for service center visitors reflects the Pension Fund's commitment to improving safety and accessibility for its clients, especially during emergencies. Special consideration for individuals with limited mobility is a key aspect of the organization's social responsibility efforts. These protocols are part of broader national adaptations to ensure public safety during the ongoing conflict.
