'My Identification' Service
Pensioners can now check whether they have completed their in-person identity verification for 2026 using the new 'My Identification' service on the Pension Fund of Ukraine's (PFU) online portal. This process is required to continue receiving payments. The service is accessible at www.portal.pfu.gov.ua.
Login and How to Use the Service
To log in to the portal, users must authenticate using a qualified electronic signature (QES), Diia.Signature, or ID.GOV.UA. Once inside their personal account, they should select the 'My Identification' section from the menu on the left. The service displays the date of the last verification and the method used to complete it.
A video tutorial is available via a link to assist users. This tool promotes digital accessibility and helps pensioners easily access information about their payments.
The launch of this service marks a significant step in modernizing the pension system and improving information access for retirees. It also highlights the government's ongoing digital transformation efforts, enabling citizens to handle essential tasks online and reducing the need for in-person visits to government offices.
Additionally, resources like video guides simplify the use of digital services, which is especially valuable for older adults.
