Oleksandr Syrskiy, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, held a meeting with the soldiers of the 14th separate mechanized brigade in Kup'yansk. During the meeting, he congratulated them on the Day of the Ground Forces, awarding them state accolades – the orders of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi of the I and III degrees and 'For Courage' of I–III degrees. Additionally, they discussed the situation in the brigade's defense sector and joint actions with other units.
'Thank you to the warriors for your service. Congratulations on the Day of the Ground Forces of Ukraine. An important day. I highly appreciate how you regard Ukraine, our state. Without you, we would have simply lost it.'
