The condition for Ukraine's victory in the war, according to the deputy commander of the Third Army Corps, Lieutenant Colonel Maksym Zhorin, lies in the complete disappearance of the Russian Federation. It is still too early to talk about victory, but a pause or halt in the conflict is possible.
“If this pause occurs, we will need to use the time for modernizing the army, transitioning to new technologies, developing the military-industrial complex, and changing the approach to political decisions and personnel policy,” explained the military.
Zhorin emphasized that true victory can only be discussed in the event of the disappearance of the Russian Federation as a political regime. In other cases, there will only be a pause, which will attract not only Ukraine but also other countries, such as the Baltics.
“Everything depends on the global situation, largely on the position of Russia, the USA, the EU, and China. The duration of the pause will depend on who and how quickly will restore or destroy intentions,” Zhorin added.
Currently, Ukrainian fighters remain on the front lines, longing for home, but knowing that this is impossible for now. The military also emphasizes that Ukraine's main goal in the war is to destroy as many enemies as possible, but not at the expense of its own military lives, but thanks to technology and weaponry.
The deputy commander of the Third Army Corps stated that victory for Ukraine is only possible in the event of the disappearance of the Russian Federation; otherwise, the country faces only a pause in the war, which will depend on the decisions of key players in global politics.
