According to Lieutenant Colonel Natalia Chorna, in the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, only about 50% of the social support units are filled, which is a serious problem. This complicates the ability to perform tasks to the fullest.
One of the main problems is the threat of overloading military hospitals due to the constant influx of the wounded. To overcome this situation, civilian medical facilities must be involved. It is also important to address the issue of restoring the documents of servicemen and providing psychological support to individuals who have been held captive.
Summary
The issues with staffing social units and the overload of hospitals jeopardize the normal functioning of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Quick effective solutions must be found to address these problems and involve civilian health institutions as well.
