Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation, in partnership with the company 'Kyivstar,' has developed the country's first national large language model (LLM), naming it 'Shine' ('Siaivo'). The name was selected through a public vote in the 'Diia' mobile app, where over 136,000 Ukrainians participated. 'Shine' emerged as the winner, securing 22,538 votes.
