On December 22, 2025, a closed meeting of the First Senate took place, during which several important resolutions were adopted. The Senate continued the consideration of the case regarding the constitutionality of a specific article of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. A resolution was also adopted to close the constitutional proceedings concerning the constitutionality of certain provisions of other legislative acts. The resolutions of the First Senate reflect important decisions and further work on resolving legal issues in Ukraine.
