During an official visit to Lviv region, the deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine Ihor Klimenko awarded police officers for their courage and bravery. One of the awardees was senior police sergeant Pavlo Chornyi, who participated in the war in the east of the country and sustained serious injuries during the battles near Toretsk, losing a limb. He is currently actively undergoing treatment and rehabilitation.
Another hero who was awarded is senior lieutenant of the KORD police Andrii Samboruk. He demonstrated great bravery on the battlefields, carrying out important tasks and risking his life for the protection of the country. Even after sustaining two injuries, Andrii did not lose his fighting spirit, returning to the front and helping his comrades in difficult situations.
The awarding of these police officers is an important recognition of their contribution to ensuring the safety of the country and their courage while performing official duties.
