As a result, residents traveling to the Velykoburlutska community in the Kupiansk district are now forced to use alternate routes. Petro Tokar added: 'Before the Russian attacks, this road significantly shortened the journey to the Velykoburlutska community. Following the strikes, logistical routes have changed somewhat, and people are taking detours.'
Specialists continue to regulate the reservoir's water levels in accordance with standard technological protocols.
