The Pulse Platform: a new stage in the interaction between business and government
The Pulse Platform has become an official state tool for digital interaction between business and government starting January 1, 2026, launching an experimental project for the digitalization of interaction between executive authorities and economic entities. This decision was confirmed by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1304.
As of today, the Pulse Platform has collected nearly 350,000 ratings and over 30,000 comments from entrepreneurs across Ukraine. This activity indicates the business community's interest in cooperating with government bodies. It is important to note that the platform is integrated into over 300 websites of central and regional government authorities, providing easy access to its functions.
Technical Administration and New Opportunities
The technical administration of the Pulse Platform is carried out by ProZorro.Sale. All regional military administrations of Ukraine, as well as central executive authorities, the Office of the President of Ukraine (with consent), the Government Contact Center, and the Business Ombudsman Council are involved in the system. This creates new opportunities for businesses in Ukraine, simplifying the interaction processes with the state and increasing transparency in business operations.
The implementation of the Pulse Platform is an important step towards modernizing state services and improving communication between business and government. This can significantly enhance the efficiency of the work of government bodies, as well as provide entrepreneurs with convenient and quick access to the necessary information and services. In the context of the digitalization of the economy, such an innovation can become the foundation for further reforms in the field of public administration in Ukraine.
