The 'Pulse' platform opens data: how business evaluates dialogue with the state
The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine presented the first public analytical dashboard of the 'Pulse' platform, which allows businesses to interact with the government and analyze the business climate in Ukraine. The 'Pulse' platform has gathered over 338 thousand evaluations and almost 30 thousand comments, indicating the activity of entrepreneurs in using this tool.
From January 1, 2026, 'Pulse' will acquire the status of a full-fledged state mechanism for digital interaction between business and government. The Ministry of Economy urges entrepreneurs to actively use the platform at pulse.gov.ua to contribute to improving the dialogue and business environment in the country.
'The public dashboard 'Pulse' is not just a set of numbers, it is an opportunity to hear business directly,' said Alexander Tsybort.
The gathered data serves as a basis for a predictive dialogue that will assist in adapting state policy to the needs of entrepreneurs.
