PlayCity fined Anna Alkhim for illegal casino advertising
The agency's team discovered advertising of gambling in the Instagram stories of the blogger during the inspection. For violating the law, Anna Alkhim will receive a fine of 4,800,000 hryvnias.
In the last six months, PlayCity has fined 14 bloggers, websites, and media outlets a total of 67.2 million hryvnias. The team identifies legal violations through monitoring and citizen complaints. We thank everyone who joins the fight against violations.
We remind that in Ukraine it is prohibited to display the game interface or winnings, promise bonuses or 'free play', promote brands without a Ukrainian license, or disguise advertising as personal experience.
