The band Schmalgauzen has obtained the rights to the works of Mykola Vyngradovskyi
A wildly cool piece of news – the band Schmalgauzen now has the right to use six poems of the great Mykola Vyngradovskyi for their new album. The guys dream of creating an entire musical work in honor of the Ukrainian poet of the Sixties. They shared this pleasant news during a conversation with Serhiy Zhadan.
“It’s been about six months – we succeeded, they gave us the rights. We got in touch with Vyngradovskyi's son to do this officially. It’s about six of his poems. It can be a whole album,” said musician Vlad Mykhailchuk.
