In the afternoon, temperatures in Zakarpattia and Crimea will rise to a milder +6°C to +11°C. In Kyiv, forecasters predict cloudy weather with light snow and patches of ice on roads. The capital will see temperatures of -6°C to -8°C both night and day, with the surrounding Kyiv Oblast experiencing -3°C to -8°C.
