Remembering Ivan Lanchuk
Police officer Ivan Lanchuk was killed on August 3, 2025, during fighting in the Donetsk region. He had been serving in the police force since 2008 and joined the special unit KORD in 2025, where he worked as a shooter. While on a combat mission in Donetsk Oblast, he was driving an armored vehicle when he sustained a severe injury on July 31, 2025. Three days later, on August 3, Ivan succumbed to his wounds.
